Boca Car Wash

I’m genuinely frustrated with the poor quality of their hand wash and wax service. I paid over $100 expecting a clean, detailed finish — instead, my car looked almost the same as when I dropped it off. When I arrived, my car was sitting outside in the rain, not under the covered area where they supposedly detailed it. There were no other cars being worked on, so there’s really no excuse. My brake calipers were still dirty, the exhaust tips hadn’t been touched, and the interior clearly wasn’t cleaned properly — dust and smudges all over the leather. It looked like they rushed the entire job. They claimed to do a full hand wash and wax in about 30 minutes, which tells you everything you need to know. I’ve never had a proper wax take less than an hour, and now I understand why. Overall, this was a total waste of time and money. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who actually cares about their car.

First time visiting this location and I was no impressed. I will say the exterior wash was great. I paid a little extra for tire shine and I promise you, what I received was not a tire shine. The interior cleaning was a half done job, so many areas that were missed. The door panels weren’t even wiped down. I shouldn’t pay for a cleaning and then still go home and have to finish the job myself, complete defeats the purpose. There are so many car wash shops in the area, I just wouldn’t recommend this one. Had to add as I put my rubber mats back in (which I took out and left at home so that I can clean them to my liking) I noticed that they never even vacuumed the carpet or under the seats.

I only gave it one star because the cashier was very nice otherwise and that I wouldn’t give it no stars at all. I’ve been to the Car wash before and they did a nice job this time. The guy said you need more work done. I didn’t come in here for a full detail I was in a hurry and I just needed it cleaned up. I will start washing my car again at home because I’m not from Florida and people here are starting to freak me out at businesses when I got in the car and I left. I didn’t realize they never removed the garbage out of the car. That’s why we come to the car wash so they can clean up the vehicle So what I’m saying is pay attention when you Leave the Car wash because you might have this in your car

I have the Premium Wash monthly subscription (which allows me to get my car washed and swept out as much as I want) and I love it! A great value for sure. Also I really appreciate how friendly all the workers are. Thanks for what you all do!

Typically a good experience, not this time. I was here 2 weeks ago and although I paid for the inside to be vacuumed, the 2nd and 3rd row was not vacuumed at all. Called and said they would take care of it next time I was in. Just now the manager said that my receipt was required, it had to be that same day that I brought it back, and refused to vacuum the 2 rows missed last visit. Incredible to me that gentleman doesn’t run a quick vacuum on the floors to avoid all this. Won’t be back.
