Express Car Wash

The staff is attentive and always helpful whenever I need them. The free vacuums really suck. They also have a great membership package. Express is My favorite north side car wash hands down. Great prices, great staff, and free vacuums that really work. Thank you Express

Coming into this car wash today cost me a lot of money I was delayed from getting into work on time which intern ended up costing me around $75.All because their kiosks won’t work andthe guy in front of me got stuck and so I was delayed 30 to 40 minutes just to get a car wash. Shameful. I’m going to be asking for my money back and be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable.

I came for the top wash and they promised me a second free wash in the next 5 days, well that’s the promotion they have. I came before the limit was met and when I arrived they told me that they could not honor the promotion and on top of that they wanted me to buy the promotion again so that now they would make it valid for me! I don’t recommend this place even to vacuum the car! In addition, its washing system is too bad!

I like it here because it always cleans my car very quickly. It usually does not clean the back of the car well and sometimes there are water stains on the body. but it does not matter to me. If you care a lot about the cleanliness of your car and you check all the parts after washing in the car wash, I must say that this car wash is not really suitable for you. There is also a free vacuum cleaner that you can use after car wash.

They shut down over half their vacuum at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Many of the drivers had to wait unnecessary for vacuums , then when asked why can't they turn on the other vacuums, I was told that they automatically turn off😏🙄. I wouldn't normally complain, but this just didn't make sense.
