Classic Car Wash

Paid for the highest monthly membership for both my wife and I car. On the last day the membership was active they refused to wash the car as we decided to go elsewhere because the pricing was very expensive. We paid close to $2000 for the entire year and them to refuse to wash the car on the last day of the membership is ridiculous. I will never go back to you again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family to do so as well. It also doesn’t help that the hired help gives dirty looks if they aren’t tipped every single time.

This is the second time I’ve had to deal with the RUDE staff member at the check out machine. I’ve read other reviews of customers saying he has been coercing them to pay more for services they did not ask for. He has an attitude each time & demands to look inside your car. While I am waiting for my car to be vacuumed by the other members, he calls me over to go get my car. (While they are still cleaning it out). I am then waiting in the sun for them to finish. I’ve come here a couple times month the last 3 months but will NOT be returning. This guy needs to be checked & I simply do not want to deal with him. He should not be rude to regular customers. If you don’t like the price people are paying then you need to raise it instead of coercing people to pay more for pre set pricing. Car washes are a dimes a dozen.

Classic Car Wash of Coral Springs is terrific! I take all my cars there because of the quality, value, and personalized service. I get my cars cleaned inside and out, with tire bright, for just over $18, including tax. Great deal! Most places want to charge $25 or more, and it is rarely as good as it is here. After the vacuum and run through the wash, workers spend at least 15 minutes wiping down all the surfaces inside and out. This attention to detail is outstanding. And they don't mind if you tell them they missed something because they want you to come back. The manager, Sean Hernandez, has gone out of his way to get to know me and to make sure I am pleased with their work. Ask for him! Great guy! About every six months, I bring my cars to Sean for extra detail work. The best part is it doesn't cost $150! You just discuss your needs, and he comes up with a fair price. I bought a used 2000 Saturn Wagon and brought it in for the works: shampooing all the carpets and seats; hand wax; and deeper overall cleaning. Because I am a regular customer, Sean charged me $80 (see pictures). I also bring in my 1998 Mercedes-Benz. Look at the pictures after the $18 inside-and-out car wash!
