Super Star Car Wash

My first experience here was great. Since it was first time Gabe was very helpful with explaining the plans and details. I have a white car and got the right wash for the perfect wash. I will recommend this Superstar Car Wash to anyone who is a star!

I met Shonta at Irving car a couple months ago….I ran into her again in Garland area and she told me what location she was at. I purchased a wash and my vehicle didn’t get as clean as it should and she took the time out to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you very much Shonta for your excellent customer service ethics… and your dedication to your customers.

I frequent this car wash and today around noon I stopped by for a wash and as I’m going through the wash, I noticed two of the large brushes weren’t spinning, so I started recording just in case it did damage to my vehicle and sure enough it broke my passenger side mirror. It’s not a bad car wash just definitely needs some maintenance to assure this doesn’t happen to any other vehicles. (I also have my dash camera that caught everything on video as well.) *Update the general manager was very responsive regarding the claim for damages and I have been fully paid for all damages.

None of their vacuums are working. This used to be fine but for the last two or three weeks I’ve been coming here. Their vacuums are still not working. 10/6/25 it seems like this place is not getting any upgrades or repairs. I just gonna have to cancel my subscription, I have to put my truck twice through and no good. I spoke with the manager. She’s very nice, but unfortunately equipment is not good!

This used to be a fantastic car wash, but it’s now just a last-minute option. The “soap” needs more soap and the wash needs to last a little longer. My car didn’t get completely washed; the top and rear were still dirty. Additionally, their vacuums don’t work; they need to be fixed or replaced because they have no suction force. $12 for a basic wash and not getting the job done is not a good business practice.
