WhiteWater Express Car Wash

I loved how they, offered me other options but didn't try to force it on me. Then when I made my way to the back, to vacuum out my truck there was a polite man asking me did I need drying towels. I would prefer them to everyone. Thank you get prices

Derrick came out to help get me started at the kiosk and was incredibly friendly. He explained the current membership promotion got that set up for me as well. The wash was thorough. I didn’t use a vacuum at this location but if they’re consistent with other locations, they’re better than competitors. Overall a great experience here!

This place is awful. I have gone twice now and paid the least and paid the most and came out with same car wash. Yesterday I went and the machine almost broke off my back windshield wiper. There is a broken black plastic piece from it trying to rip it off my window. The bugs are still on the front of my car. When checking in the gentleman came out to help but stood on his phone the whole time… said nothing and didn’t help… I wasn’t sure why he even came out. The girl that lead me into the bay didn’t help direct me onto the track. And didn’t wash the bugs off. What a waste of money!
