ClearWater Express Wash

Giving one star because upon exiting their wash, I noticed my vehicle was wobbling, I pulled into the closest vacuum spot and realized I had three flat tires. An associate came out and informed me that the tire brushes had wrapped around my valve stems and ripped them off. I filed the claim with their claims department, but I was told because they are an aftermarket part, and the company does not cover aftermarket parts, that I would not be compensated. Just an FYI for everyone , as every valve stem / valve stem cover is pretty much an aftermarket part if you’ve had your tires replaced once.

Raven at Clear Water Car Wash is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my car looked spotless — inside and out. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to doing a top-notch job truly stood out. I left with my car looking brand new and a smile on my face. Big shoutout to Maria! I knew my tire pressure was low and wanted to get a car wash in before heading to the tire shop. While I was drying my car, Maria noticed my flat tire and kindly offered to help me put some air in it so I could get to the shop safely. Truly appreciated she didn’t have to do that — thank you so much, Maria!

I recently signed up and have been coming every Sunday, I look forward to seeing Maria as she always helps me. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful she is and always has a smile on her face. I also signed on my husband’s new truck today and Maria helped us. She is so awesome and her customer service keeps me coming back!

The staff here never fail shine, Every time I come here. The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend this car wash for everybody over And over. Money well spent! I address an issue that I’ve been having With Dominque. When I go to the car wash, and the shine for the tires gets sprayed It causes my rims to be very hard to clean, so I requested that they take it off when I go through, and if they can shine my tires. After the fact, and everybody, he is very helpful, especially Dominic.
