I'm not going to rate it lower because user error. 😒 however I will say, this place needs more directions in place in how to operate these things. Minimum of $4 to start, and you get 1 minute per dollar. Took me 5 minutes to understand how it worked. Ended up spending $12 to get everything done. Credit card reader was not working. Would have spent more because I wanted to really dry the car good but ran out of cash. Didn't think I needed cash.

It's a good do it yourself carwash, but don't ever use your debit card at the carwashes, cuz it will just let you go on forever and keep charging your card. That's what has happened to me twice at this carwash...but it's my fault for not knowing or remembering there is no time limit when using a card.

Took $6 from me and machine didn’t work 😢😡 Update : came back on 1/20/22 and Mr Galletano was able to help me out and reimburse me for the machines messing up that day that I came. Thanks Galletano I really appreciate it! Car was is clean and a groundskeeper is here cleaning up making it look Tidy 🙏🏼😉

I usually wash my cars at this location. However, using my credit card, it charged my card $10.01 after I was finished, then when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $20.00 - this amount for 8min - DO NOT USE ANY CARDS AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU LIKE DONATING EXTRA MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS!!

Do not come here, the timer is set up, and they I have increased 4 minutes for $5.00 impossible to wash the car in minutes, then you have to pay $5.00 extra to finish your car.
