Super Star Car Wash

i had such a great experience at this car wash! the staff was super friendly and attentive, and my car came out spotless — inside and out. i especially want to give a shoutout to Ever for going above and beyond. he was professional, kind, and made sure everything was perfect before i left. you can really tell he takes pride in his work. definitely one of the best car washes i’ve been to — i’ll be coming back for sure!

Carlos was very kind and helpful! He greeted me with a smile and helped me guide my truck in. I completely forgot that I had an ottoman in the back of my truck and it would have been destroyed if he hadn't double checked the bed. He also made sure I knew about the different wash packages they have. I was impressed with his customer service!

The service tech did not allow me to pass through the flag for a full THREE minutes. He was chatting with another tech in the bay area. I have a monthly membership and drive for Uber (I had a scheduled ride). I began honking my horn. It took several honks for him to appear, at which point he threw up his hands and arms and yelled at me, screaming, "What is your problem? Why are you honking your horn?" I told him that I have a membership and have been waiting much too long. He said, "I was busy!" I asked for his name, which he would not give me, so I took a couple photos of him. Please discipline this entitled millennium. Thank you.

Saul was amazing. Told him that I was just trying to get my car looking better for my Uber job and that I wasn't local so the one wash would fit the occasion. Boom. Explained that they had tons of locations and if I needed a car wash plan to think of them when the time came. Car wash was crazy quick, efficient and worth every penny. Free microfiber towels and vacuums when you're done. Great experience and hopefully I'll be able to use them again. Saul, your demeanor and professionalism is going to take you places!
