J & J Car Wash

I went to wash the car today. It was too bad. The outside was not clean, so I made an excuse that I couldn't wash it off. The inside was not cleaned at all. I just rinsed the foot mat with water. It had never happened before. I also called to complain. The staff who answered the phone was very good, but I was still angry and wasted 30 dollars.

Usually, it’s pretty good… they definitely slacked on my car a lot. Noticed they did not spray down mats or wipe down some of interior trim. Still has a bunch of dirt. This place is a hit or miss. but they get the job done I guess Paid $30

Very disappointed with the hand car wash I received. I saw several reviews talking about how their car wasn’t cleaned, but I still decided to give it a chance because everyone’s experience could be different. I paid $31 plus a $6 tip for the interior and exterior to be cleaned. I was expecting to leave with a really clean car but I walked out with a car that looked like I could’ve just gotten it cleaned at a $7 car wash. I will probably not be returning here for a car wash.

Took my truck for the hand car wash and was disappointed. Exterior still had dirty spots, the interior looks like they just passed a rag and left. Seats weren’t vacuumed either. I like supporting the business in my neighborhood but you have to try to do a better job.
