I came through get a simple wash with a vacuum. The wash was not very good. I’ve had better at every other spot that does carwashes. And it was 32 dollars, I was told someone would vacuum and wipe down on the inside and outside for me but nobody arrived so I did it myself. Would not recommend .

Brought car in for inside detailing. Windshield has streak senate back window was never both dashes are dusty.the center council has some kind of white stuff on it.That wasn't there before. The door jam has scratches in it now, which we're not there before and to add insult to injury, I've been trying for over a day to get ahold of somebody to try to get this problem rectified, and not leave a negative review. But nobody will answer the phone.

Great wash, takes less than 5 min,clean car and facility with VACUUMS that work GREAT. Not to mention the best customer service around but the UNLIMITED plans are the way to go. They are temporarily doing details and full service washes at this location I've heard so by far the best wash in town!

By far, the best automated car wash in Jacksonville. I got the unlimited "Paradise" package, and I couldn't be happier. It gets everything. From the wheels to the luggage rack. Everything looks brand-new every time I pull out. The employees are awesome. Always personable, cheerful.. I had been going to Zips Car Wash for about a year, I thought they were good, but I will never go back after experiencing Island Time Car Wash.. 100% happy, satisfied customer..👍👍👍
